Shipping:

Dear Hayden offers free domestic shipping on orders over $75. $5 flat rate on orders under $75+. We ship internationally to many countries and shipping is calculated at checkout. If you would like to place an order and don't see your country available, please send us an email at hello@dearhayden.com

*Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and customs fees upon arrival. Dear Hayden is not responsible for these fees and they are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise that you contact your customs office to learn more about applicable fees. 

We will try our best to process all shipments in 2-3 days excluding weekends and holidays, this does not include the transit time with the carrier. We are a new and small business so we appreciate your patience as we get our operations ironed out. Dear Hayden  is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

Returns: 

We hope you love your new Dear Hayden pieces, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unwashed, unworn items, in the condition they were received with tags still attached. Final sale items and items shipped internationally (outside the US and Canada) are ineligible for return or exchange. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be credited to the original method of payment or for store credit. To request a return label, please email hello@dearhayden.com and include the following information:

- Name of person who placed order

- Email address associated with the order

- Order number

- Reason for return

- Desired outcome: refund, store credit

Gifts cards may not be returned. If you choose to make a return, $4.95 will be deducted from your return balance to cover the cost of the shipping label. Limited one return label per order. Once returns are received, refunds can take up to 10 days to post. Dear Hayden is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
