Placing An Order
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this point in time we do not offer gift wrapping. We take the time to make sure every package is prepared with love and care before it’s sent on its way. We want all customers to have an amazing experience when it’s a Dear Hayden delivery day.
How do I order if no sizes are listed or items are out of stock?
If there are items you are interested in that are sold out please email hello@dearhayden.com and we will be sure to let you know when we restock!
How do I use a coupon code?
Coupon codes can be applied at checkout. Please note that only one coupon code can be used at a time. We cannot accept expired coupon codes. Sign up for our email list below to be alerted to upcoming promotions.
Can I order a gift card?
Yes you can purchase a gift card HERE. You may add a message to your card at checkout. Gift cards are available in denomination of $25, $50, $100, $150, $200, $300, and $500. Gift cards are final sale and are nonrefundable.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer price adjustments after a promotion has ended.
Do you offer wholesale purchasing?

Order Status
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, email hello@dearhayden.com right away and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to an order after it has been placed.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Shortly after placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email to the email address listed during checkout. If you don’t find a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t find an email, reach out to hello@dearhayden.com and we can assist you.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number inside.
What if my order is lost or stolen in transit?
At times, packages are marked as delivered before they have been physically delivered to your door. Wait 48 hours after receiving notification that your package has been delivered and then reach out to the postal carrier responsible for the order as well as our team (hello@dearhayden.com) for assistance. Dear Hayden is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure that your items are shipped to a secure address.
Shipping + Returns
How long will it take to ship my items?
We will try our best to process all shipments in 2-3 days excluding weekends and holidays, this does not include the transit time with the carrier. We are a new and small business so we appreciate your patience as we get our operations ironed out.
Dear Hayden is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.
How much is shipping?
Dear Hayden offers free domestic orders over $75. $5 flat rate on orders under $75+. Shipping to Canada and Europe is a $25 flat rate*.
*Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and customs fees upon arrival. Dear Hayden is not responsible for these fees and they are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise that you contact your customs office to learn more about applicable fees.
How do I return an item?
We hope you love your new Dear Hayden pieces, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unwashed, unworn items, in the condition they were received with tags still attached. Final sale items and items shipped internationally (outside the US and Canada) are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be credited to the original method of payment or for store credit. To request a return label, please email hello@dearhayden.com and include the following information:
-name of person who placed order
-email address associated with the order
-order number
-reason for return
-desired outcome: refund, store credit
Please note gift cards may not be returned. If you choose to make a return, $7 will be deducted from your return balance to cover the cost of the shipping label. Once returns are received, refunds can take up to 10 days to post. Dear Hayden is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Can I exchange an item?
The quickest way to exchange an item is to submit a return and place a new order for the desired item. If you need assistance, please reach out to hello@dearhayden.com and we ‘d be happy to help.
Fabrics + Sustainability
How are Dear Hayden fabrics sustainable?
ORGANIC COTTON KNITS
All of our knitwear is made from 100% organic cotton yarns which were sourced from GOTS certified suppliers in Italy and Portugal. We chose 100% organic cotton because of its incredibly soft feel, sustainable nature, and cross seasonal wearability. Organic cotton is breathable so your child won’t overheat wearing it but it also serves as the perfect layer during colder months. We love that organic cotton yarns give a luxe look and feel but can still be tossed in the washing machine!
How do I care for and launder my garments?
One of the best things about our clothing is everything can be washed in the machine! That being said, our organic cotton knitwear is a fine knit product and needs to be cared for in order to live its full life. If your piece contains magnets, fasten magnets before putting it in the wash. For best results, wash in a mesh laundry bag or separately from items with buttons or zippers as they could get caught and snag your garment. Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Do not use bleach or softeners. Please note we are not responsible for damage that occurs when the recommended care instructions are not followed.
Do your products contain any allergens or toxic ingredients?
Absolutely not. We chose to use organic cotton because it is extra safe on baby and children’s sensitive skin. Additionally, our garments have been dyed with dyes free of harsh chemicals or toxins. Our garments have also been tested by a 3rd party lab to ensure that all pieces are free of lead, phthalates, and other unsafe substances.
Are your products ethically produced?
We chose to partner with factories that have received and continue to undergo the most rigorous certification that exists in the textile manufacturing industry-GOTS. In order to receive GOTS certification, the factory is audited to make sure that treatment of workers meets certain criteria. Nicole, the founder of Dear Hayden, visited each of the factories and saw for herself the conditions and treatment of the employees. Our products are premium products because they are made by people who are being paid a fair wage, receive benefits, and are treated with respect and dignity. Magnets
Are the magnets safe?
Exposure to static magnets and magnetic force has not been proven to have any negative impact on humans. Additionally, our magnets have been enclosed within a safety pouch and have been stitched inside the garments. It would be very difficult for a child to pull a magnet out of the garment and they would have to exert a great effort to do so. If holes or rips are found near the magnets, please immediately discontinue use and contact hello@dearhayden.com. We recommend glancing over your piece and checking for wear and tear every so often during use. Please check with your child’s physician before using garments with magnets on children with pacemakers, defibrillators, or before wearing the garment during an MRI.
Can I put my garments with magnets in the wash?
Yes! At times the magnets might stick to the machine but it does not impact the wash of the garment and easily detaches. We recommend fastening magnets before putting in the wash and refraining from washing multiple pieces with magnets at the same time. For best results, wash in a garment bag or separately from items with buttons or zippers as they could get caught and snag your garment. Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Do not use bleach or softeners.
